Authorization regarding the use of Images: Given that the right to one's own image is recognized in article 18.1 of the Constitution and collected by Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image, AFA requests consent from mothers, fathers or legal guardians to edit and publish photographs where their children appear clearly identifiable, in physical or digital materials and spaces owned by AFA. Any information, idea or material, of any kind, sent to AFA Bernat Desclot by the user will be considered public and not confidential, and may be used freely by AFA Bernat Desclot.
